1. Taking Ownership<\/strong><\/h3>
Leadership begins with responsibility. We help our youth shift from seeing themselves as victims of circumstance to becoming active agents of change in their own lives. Whether it\u2019s showing up early, leading group tasks, or taking initiative during training, they learn that real leadership starts with personal accountability.<\/p>

3. Setting and Reviewing Weekly Goals<\/strong><\/h3>
In many of the communities we serve, survival replaces structure. We change that. Each mentee learns how to set weekly academic or personal goals, then reflect and revise with a mentor. This practice builds vision, discipline, and a sense of progress \u2014 qualities even many adults struggle to develop.<\/p>
