In today\u2019s fast-paced world, digital literacy isn\u2019t a luxury\u2014it\u2019s a necessity. Yet in many underserved communities across Uganda, young people are growing up without the skills that could unlock meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.<\/p>

At Tez ChildFund Africa<\/strong>, we\u2019re on a mission to change that.<\/p>

1. Why Digital Skills Are Essential<\/h3>
The job market has evolved. It\u2019s no longer just about physical labor\u2014today\u2019s economy runs on digital know-how. Whether it\u2019s applying for jobs online, creating digital content, or managing a small business, opportunity often begins with a screen.<\/p>
For many youth, the lack of digital skills means the door to progress remains firmly shut.<\/p>
2. Our Solution: Hands-On Digital Training<\/h3>
We equip teens and young adults with practical, job-ready digital skills, including:<\/p>
