1. Letter from the CEO
Dear Supporters,
2023 has been a year of growth, resilience, and positive change at Tez Child Fund Africa. Thanks to our community’s unwavering support, we have been able to extend our reach, deepen our impact, and empower more vulnerable children and families. This report is a testament to the collaborative spirit that drives our mission forward.

2. Our Mission and Vision
Our Mission: Our mission is to protect vulnerable children, provide them with access to quality education, and offer unwavering support through holistic and sustainable programs. We aim to empower communities, families, and local leaders to create long-lasting solutions that ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Our Vision: We envision a world where all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential, free from the constraints of poverty, and surrounded by a community that values and supports them. Through education, community empowerment, and strategic partnerships, we aim to create a future where no child is left behind.
3. 2023 Impact Highlights
- 50+ children received quality education support.
- 10+ families accessed essential healthcare services.
- 100+ community members trained in sustainable livelihoods.
- 40% increase in children’s school attendance in supported areas.
- $10,000 raised for critical programs through community and corporate partnerships.
4. Programs & Achievements
Education & Skill Development
Through scholarships, tutoring, and after-school programs, we equipped over 50 students with resources to excel academically. Partnerships with local schools helped bridge the digital divide, offering tech access to thousands of children.
Health & Wellness
Our healthcare initiatives provided vaccines, regular check-ups, and mental health support to over 10 families. Our mobile clinics expanded to remote areas, reaching communities with limited access to basic healthcare.
Community Empowerment
In partnership with local businesses, we trained over 40 community members in financial literacy, vocational skills, and entrepreneurship, enhancing their ability to sustain themselves and support their families.
5. Financial Overview
Our supporters’ contributions allow us to deliver high-impact, sustainable programs. Below is a financial summary for 2023.
- Total Revenue: $10,000
- Program Expenses: $8,500 (85%)
- Administrative Expenses: $1,000 (10%)
- Fundraising Expenses: $500 (5%)
Our commitment to transparency and efficiency ensures that donations go directly toward empowering vulnerable communities.
6. Stories of Transformation
Amina’s Journey to Education
Amina, a 12-year-old from a rural village, had limited access to school due to economic hardship. Through our scholarship and school supplies program, Amina now attends school daily, ranks top of her class, and dreams of becoming a teacher.
James’s New Health and Hope
James, a father of three, was struggling with health issues that impacted his work. Thanks to our health outreach, he received essential care and now supports his family through stable employment, becoming an advocate for health access in his community.

In 2024, we aim to:

- Develop partnerships to improve digital literacy and technology access.
