How to donate:
Click ‘Send money’
on WU.com or open the Western Union® app and log in with Touch ID or Face
ID. If you are a new customer, first register for
free on the website or download their app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Choose an amount and destination
Select the receiver’s country: Uganda and the amount you want to transfer.
Select your receiving method
If you want to send money for cash pickup at a Western Union location select ‘Cash‘.
Select your payment method
Select Sofort banking’ or ‘Bank transfer‘ as payment method to send money for cash pickup.
Log in and choose your receiver
Now log in (if you haven’t already done so) and select an existing receiver or a new receiver, enter the name: Hamuza Tezikubwa and address: Kitooro, Near New Market, Entebbe, Wakiso, Division B.
Confirm and pay
You’re almost there! Confirm your bank account and complete your money transfer (e.g. with Sofort banking) or pay with your credit card.
Track your transfer
Remember to provide the tracking number (MTCN) to your receiver Hamuza Tezikubwa via Whatsapp number: +256 701 64787 so he can pickup the money in cash (if chosen) – and you can both easily track your transfer.
Send with their app and pay in cash
Do you want to pay for your money transfer in cash? Simply select ‘Pay in-store’ on the app and after completed, head to your nearby participating agent location with your photo ID and cash within 12 hours to make the transfer.
