At Tez ChildFund Africa, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, develop valuable life skills, and build a future filled with purpose and hope. As children grow into adolescence and adulthood, they face new challenges that require more than academic education alone. They need practical skills, positive mentorship, leadership opportunities, and access to pathways that lead to sustainable livelihoods.

Our Youth Empowerment Program equips vulnerable adolescents and young adults with the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience they need to become self-reliant, responsible, and active contributors to their families and communities.

We work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including school leavers, unemployed youth, young mothers, children transitioning out of care, and those at risk of exploitation or poverty. Through training, mentorship, and community partnerships, we help them transform their talents into opportunities.
